Very interesting. I wonder to what level they are thinking in upgrading Tacoma Rail tracks. To 25mph standards? That doesn't sound like much, but it would be a huge improvement from 10mph.

Is the sudden closure of the Spirit of Washington dinner train a concern to this group? I know that they are going after a different market, but a failure like this on the same line would be a concern to me if I was looking to invest. Just a thought...
