OPB- Did you not tune into the election results in California Nov.6. The proposition put forth by the big money corporate union buster thugs was defeated by 12% and that was despite their trickery to make it look like they were taking political contribution money away corporations. This is the third time they have been soundly trounced in California at the ballot box. Don't think the California voters are that dumb. I think they would rather see a strong middle class with decent wages and benefits.
Couldn't disagree with you more about unions. Was president for 6 years of a local teachers union. Can't tell you how many times I sat in a room and listened to a ego power tripping principal tell me that they did not follow the contract and that they could do anything they wanted because it was their school. These idiots were incompetent and their schools were terrible places for children to be and they had zero support from parents and staff. Unions are there to protect workers from idiots like this who are in power.
