Amtrak 6 is at Roseville - will probably be annulled. Offending train was westbound stack that piled a few cars at, and just west of the Grass Valley Street crossing in Colfax. I didn't want to chance going too close, but it appears perhaps 5 or 6 cars involved. Some are leaning over at bit. It seems that there is no hazmat involved.

The real headscratcher is a well car about 5 ahead of the piled cars. It's one of a set of individual cars connected to the next with a solid drawbar. This car is missing the entire truck - frame, wheelsets and all. The car is resting on its frame, with the truck nowhere to be seen. Aside from that, there's no obvious damage. The next few cars are on the rails, then the derailment.

As of 1300, Dobbas equipment was being staged in the small UP MOW area just west of the derailment.
