San Jose wye gets used quite frequently, The redwood junction wye is a little different the south leg is in need of some maintinace, and may not be in service? but the north leg is in great shape.

As for mission bay I always thought JPB shot themselves in the foot when they sold the land. But I guess if they really wanted too they could rebuild the street trackage around the old hamilton watch factory and that could serve as a wye, or build a turntable
