Ah yes, Fox Nation, another highly reliable and unbiased "news" "source, and once again such a well written story with more clear and accurate documentation of the specifics in the allegation? Why it's almost as long and well written as the conspiracy blog post?

I've been privileged to never have voted for this member of the Senate. And, as I have noted before, Feinstein is one of the major sources of micromanagement and political influence peddling in the CHSRA fiasco. But still, such allegations require facts, not just assertions by some equally sleazy and questionable folks? And, being an investor in a company is not illegal under our capitalist system, so a little more evidence of how this was influenced by the Senator to benefit her husband, other than conspiracy theories, would be nice.

The Tudor Saliba consortia bid is being challenged, and after the Times story, which contained some interesting and well documented facts about the change in the bidding process, should be. But, that is the difference between making loose assertions and digging for real facts?

The other bids were more realistic, and Tudor's history of working the "change order" racket is well known. This bidding process for a "design build" is a joke, and the higher bids by companies that have actually delivered such projects without running the "change order" racket were clearly more complete and realistic.

If you can find real "evidence" of corrupt actions connecting the Senator to this, fine. I have no great love or affection. But, this kind of generic accusation, without any supporting reporting, from a third rate news "source" like Fox Nation or a conspiracy blog, doesn't really cut it to get a grand jury indictment (which don't get me wrong, I'd love to see).
