Dr. Zarkoff is right. It you cant' be absolutely, 100% with no doubt that the signal IS GREEN, the assume its not and slow down. It not that hard a concept to understand. Also, don't blame Omaha and the UP, it was Southern Pacific signal designers that created a system that wasn't able to provide enough spacing for heavy trains. Maybe you should go see the Road Foreman but it sounds like you don't know what the hell you are doing.
