Thanks for the info...but what about the Willamette Valley, where the fire danger is very low?

Today I was visiting friends in Salem and swung by the yard - the -38s and -39s there were replaced with a pair of GP40-2s and GP60s. I can't imagine they are good for switching, but I guess good for getting up to speed on the mainline to Albany and Woodburn...
