While Moscow and Pullman have much lower railroad traffic than in past decades, the Washington and Idaho Railway is in the process of getting a new elevator customer planning to load unit grain trains with a loop track at McCoy, WA.

McCoy is out in the sticks, along the W&I, south of Rosalia WA and northwest of Oakesdale WA
