Past postings on this subject would tell you that the State of Oregon suspended payment on the new " Roseburg switching Yard ", ( actually located in nearby Winchester ), when CORP embargoed the Coos Bay line a few months back. The State should actually force CORP to refund State funds that were used to rebuild / reopen Tunnel 13 @ Siskiyou Summit after the fire & collapse. At the very least, someone of authority needs to remind the people @ CORP / Fortress of the public responsibilities involved in owning a railroad.
