Yes, I believe it was Barry Zoeller. As to the wind turbines, here in Monterey County several of the wineries wanted to put up the turbines and were shot down by the Ventana Wilderness people who feared that the condors would get chopped up by them, even tho the condors rarely if ever venture down to the flat lands.
