Rolland emailed me the photo he is referring to above.
Here is one photo that shows the building in the earlier one posted. It is on the far corner of the next block. Note that a power pole has now appeared through the roof overhang!!
I have other photos, but this one captures a lot of locomotives clearing out some pretty long trains from the old WP/UP yards.
Also, he sent this additional photo:
Here is a UP leaving its yards (the Old WP yards) and crossing the SP mainline out of its West Oakland yards at the foot of Adaline Street. This was the last day of its operation as I filmed them taking out the diamonds shortly after this using both UP and SP crews to do that.
