I'm with 'RVJ refugee' and also 'Dr. Zarkoff' on this discussion. Because I also know a lot of the story. There are those at RVJ who only want to restore and operate trolleys and interurban cars. Which is perfectly fine but don't block the members who want to push North on the SN mainline and run Prairie Trains again or run WP 94 excursions either.
In other words, just because "juice" flows thru your veins, don't stand in the way of other people's ideas. They pay dues too and they VOTE..
Isn't it also amazing that for 20-30-40 years, the same general people are on the Board and other positions of authority.. What's that all about ??
Most of the leaders are up in years.. It is only a matter of time before a "raiding party" frees up the WP 94 and 334 and gets them the hell out of RVJ.
And as far as "Freddie" is concerned, that you gentlemen just alluded to ?? He was also "run out" after years of servitude and now works at Niles Canyon Railway and is a great asset to boot.
