Again, I refer back to the cab ride video. The one striking tunnel is so close that it's a wonder
a TOFC car ever went through it. I bring that up and in regard to SP3878's question on 30 car
trains, if your expenditure to bring to line to the standards required for 286K and double stack
cars is $100M, you'll never be able to even service the debt with 30 car trains. Like the NWP you
might be able to cover direct operating expenses but little else.
