The Chessie SD18 and the ex-UP B40-8's are all owned by Western Rail and leased to the W&I on a trial basis since the W&I has been short of good power. I did catch one B40-8 mated up to the SD18 at Marshall the other day, I still have yet to catch the new locos out along the line. The black widow F unit has been sitting at Marshall for a while not probably waiting on a BNSF inspector to clear it for movement. That's can be quite a wait and a bit of work in and of itself.
