My long haul comment was meant more for the Midwest but in some cases 65 miles is a long haul
if you consider traffic and other implications. Cabazon to Gardena is probably five hours by truck
in work day traffic, add vehicle costs, fuel and maybe one driver round trip per day and you can
easily make rail transport cheaper. If I'm hauling Cabazon to Indio to a batch plant forget it,
the truck will kick your butt.
