Port of Portland Terminal 5 Potash Export Facility
All of this is in North Portland, where the Willamette River empties out into the Columbia River, so right on the Oregon/Washington border.
It's a very long building not unlike a U.S. Navy blimp hangar but longer. With the grain elevator just to the north there's a lot of unit trains, and a lot of big power around here. The grain elevator has its own GP9/slug/slug/slug/GP9 set, the potash facility to the best of my knowledge does not have its own locomotives. Evraz/Oregon Steel Mills, immediately to the south, has several SW- type switchers for their trains.
Terminal 6 is just to the upper right and includes the Hyundai and Honda docks, and the intermodal/container handling facilities. The land you see to the left of the Willamette River is Sauvie Island.
