Dear Mr. Gallagher,
I am writing to ask you not to support Train Mountain's application to allow a Train Connected Residential Community for volunteer workers and to not allow the activities necessary to support the Train Park. I would also like to ask you to pressure the IRS to collect upon tax liens they are due. Train Mountain pretends to be a non-profit operation, but in reality they are a rich man’s play land, a club of exclusive train geeks whose sole wish is to obtain tax breaks so they may build their own private play railroad. They wish to exclude anybody who’s pockets aren’t deep enough to fund expansion their little make-believe land! I sincerely hope you recognize this for profit scam group for what it is, a scheme to line the pockets of a very few limited number of the most senior members of the group. I urge you to not let then get away with tax evasion.
