Poor Train Mt. Groupies...
Once again, just like Filmore Western, you are all in the beginning of the end of this train play land ..Lawsuits, IRS Liens and now County Government is in the fight...It looks to this observer on the outside that Train Mt is in more trouble from the IRS than anyone else. And having dealt with those wonderful and understanding folks,Columbia drug lords seam docile by comparison. The fact is only a whole bunch of past due monies and intrest and penalties will settle that issue and a whole bunch of money is something that the Friends Group most likly does not have...How many friends are ready to donate a lot of cash for back taxes and then most likely anyway lose all Train Mt. assets to taxes, or legal fees or adverse planning rules...Nothing wrong with putting up a good fight, but the fight should have been the founder Mr. Breen's and then the widow's fight and not those of you with no equity in Train Mt other than emotions.
