TMRR is embroiled in a very large, sticky lawsuit over property rights, license agreements, et al, with Timberlake LLC (the Vertel family) whose property TMRR crosses to get to the other half of the railroad. The family says their security has been threatened and so they have placed large gates across one of the main tunnels that connects the two railroad halves. [friendstm.org]
