March 1980, the peanut farmer who played with submarines was still in the White House while American hostages languished in Tehran and former actor/governor Ronald Reagan eyed the Presidency. More mundane activities still continued as Amtrak #5 has arrived at 16th St. and heading for the coach yard as the Reno Fun Train with an F40 leading slides in.
