SP5103 is spot on. I live just about as far east in Oregon that you can go without crossing into Idaho. My Chamber of Commerce and county commissioners would welcome just about any business doing something legal. If it manufactured something that could be transported by rail, I can guarantee that Wallowa Union Railroad officials would provide open arms, too. Please don't confuse rural Oregon with the western metro areas.
