Railfanettes?

A little bit ago, a passing train called the disp to report 3 trespassers taking pix along the row at a local road x-ing.
Following trains were warned to be on the lookout for 3 females, 2 blonds, one brunette, taking pictures.
Few minutes ago a train reported that they were no longer on the row. The disp replied "Thank you. The local authorities had 'removed them'".
