UP Steam Shop management sexual harassment lawsuit

There have been various comments about the management style of Ed Dickens, current UPRR Steam Shop manager. Plenty of speculation, to say the least.

Now we have available a copy of a plaintiff's court filing (Laramie District Court, Wyoming) in a sexual harassment case. You can download and read the document here: [www.rypn.org]

Keep in mind that a court filing by a plaintiff is just one side of the story. As far as I can tell no judgement has occurred in this case. The filing is dated February 2014.
