Since I am FAR removed from all this, all I have to go on is what I read on the internet--hazardous to use as a factual information source! So, I have three theories about all this.
1) Disgruntled employees
2) Mr. Dickens has friends in very High UP places (or he holds the cards on someones)
3) UP is looking for a way to close down the program and save face.
I have NO idea if any of my theories will hold water--nor do I favor any one of them. I do know, however, that just because I am paranoid doesn't meant there isn't a conspiracy.
None of the above is meant to demean ANYONE, it's just thrown out there for thoughtful discussion, if that's possible.
