Just looking at the state of the W&IM it’s pretty obvious that the rail replacement stopped rater abruptly. For the most part there is big rail on the curves, with the 60lb stick on the straights, but it’s very random where rail was and was not replaced. There are places where the only big rail is in a crossing (Potlatch at scenic 6 park) and some places (Kennedy Ford) where its big rail except for the switches.
