Most dispatchers are too busy now with several hundred miles of railroad to cover, what makes you think they can also run a dozzen trains or more
Also what happens if they hit a trespasser? does the dispatcher leave the office to go to the seen of the incident?
What if the incident is in California and the Dispatcher is in Omaha?
