Pineapple, Are you guessing about the building on the island? It was built by Victoria Station company. It was their headquarters. I don't know a lot about it so I could be wrong. But they were def. headquartered in that building...only for a little while because they fell off a cliff at some point in the 80's which was sad.

As to the cement plant, it was a quarry called the Hutchison Quarry.
