Must be an interesting world view - even when potentially useful information is presented (low barrier to qualifying initiatives, so if you want to start a program to do that, to stop HSR, now's the time) you turn it into an attack on Jerry Brown (who benefited from but didn't cause the low turnout). He's no Saint Ronald, but he's not the all-powerful Dr. Death, and on the whole (considering more than just HSR, which by the way started - The Proposition - well before Jerry was involved) he's done a better job than some other Governors of recent memory. Oh well ...
