There are no restriction from the state we can basically do what ever we want. If a new customer locates on line whoever can construct the new track. We have an offer to any new customers that if they do the earth work we will construct the track. There are plenty of sites that can be developed on the P&L/WIM. There are no more paper barriers on the P&L. But at this point we cant I/C with the UP at Marshal. But if another conection with the UP where to come about we could ship UP from all stations. The F will go north from Palouse to Marshall tomorow.
