Your thoughts may be all well and good but, Joe Schmuck, average citizen is not in a position to argue. "Get a warrant"? Against who? Dunno who you are, but Joe Schmuck has to scrape up the funds to place the construction down payment, never mind what you are talking about.
America, in general, is not the "Silicon Valley", Most of us live pay check to paycheck; no extra funds to stand up for our "rights" even if thought we had them.
