Gentleman: You and I can speculate all you want but we are not the operators of the NWP nor the folks from the Port of Humbolt Bay who obviously know a lot more about traffic, potential traffic, customers, etc. The NWP operating group is from Woodside Consulting, and they are not stupid people and would not take the financial risks that you claim they would be taking without having a traffic base to justify the operation or expense. They don't have to reveal anything to us on how this will work. I do give them the benefit of the doubt and feel that they have done their homework. Lumber has never been part of their business plan.
