Interesting that ACE got into building track, apparently without looking around at the neighbors. I thought their primary mission was to be a clearinghouse for a bunch of grade separations, producing a low-buck, distributed "Alameda Corridor" for freight across all of the lines in the Basin east of downtown LA. They do seem to "get it" regarding what's needed for the road/rail grade separations.
