From the look of things on the Google map view, they couldn't build past Bernal Road anyway, given that the ROW got swallowed up by a school complex. The view also showed a track panel in place already just inside the corner at Bernal.

Also, it doesn't look as though they would be able to load or unload here. The area seems so built up that there's little or no room for anything more than the track. I would guess that they would simply run up to the end of the ROW and reverse back.
