agreement remains hazy

Lots of X this and X that LA-Vegas trains of one sort or another in the past couple decades, with a siding here or few refurbished cars there with backing of mormon and/or LV business and agreements with UP that fall through.

And people laughed at the Virginia & Truckee and the Golden Spike Tower.
