I'm going through a similar sort of bull==== here in Milwaukie with the City concerning a fence they permitted that's five feet in the city right of way 35 years ago that they want to now charge us buccko dollars for a "franchise" along with harassing us over our use of our 20-foot right of way as well as staging material for the Springwater Corridor Trail project within the city street right of way. Small town politics at its best!

There's a special place in Hell close to the burner for these worthless bureaucrats!
