There is a thread on Trainorders that discusses the Santa Fe bus terminal in San Francisco.
Quote:'Peddler' on TOFrom the Santa Fe 1962 Spring/Summer Time Table:
"Santa Fe passenger trains, westbound, operate into Richmond Station
thence by motor coach to the Santa Fe Passenger Terminal (Forty-four
Fourth Street just of Market), San Francisco. Eastbound, service is via
motor coach San Francisco to Richmond thence train. Stop is made at
Berkeley Station (University Avenue and West Street) and Oakland
2040 Telegraph Avenue) both westbound and eastbound."
I found a brochure dated 1939 which dealt with the coordinated bus
service operated by Trailways. Sorry about the quality of the attached.

In looking at Google Maps at 44 Fourth St in SF, it does not appear that the bus terminal building still exists.
You don't have to be a paid member of TO to read the thread, although any photos will be viewable in thumbnail size only.
