Have you seen the CC&Rs on the purchase you mention? Did it even include water rights? Who'd he buy
the property from? There's very little private land out there. 99% of these hair brained schemes
that people mention are just that. There's a huge aquifer North of Winnemucca NV, my ex-neighbor
bought 660 acres out there right above said pool of water. He was extremely limited in what he
could pull out. The Cadiz scheme sounds like just that, a scheme.
