There is just so much hearsay and horses#it in this thread.....have you actually seen or even read the same CC&R's on that water right, or is that just more hearsay and horse%#it what you pulled out of your a$$ in response? Sure sounds like it to me. When did your read them? Why did you need to read them? What do you know about the water rights contained in those deeds?
There is no effect on the RR ROW from this National Monument designation, the original theory postulated, since it doesn't apply to private property.
The last designation of the San Gabriel's sent most the local enviro's all knickers in a twist, because they wanted to include existing segments and uses that were intentionally left off by the President, including several segments of utility ROW and water facilities, proposed high speed and highway alignments, and things like Mt, Wilson or for front side broadcasting towers. This was because these idiots wouldn't come up with a reasonable compromise on handling those critical facilities. And, I just got back from the Havasu where there was a major off-road race just last weekend..... down by the mine bar.
As I said, this thread seems to be mostly just hearsay and horse$#it......more typical nonsense from those incensed at the hearsay and horse$#it most of you have heard at least third hand about that damned evil American Gubmint!
