Hey Bruce Kelly - best railside motel in Spok - CDA area?

I have a few days of R & R planned, and would like to do so at any decent motel that is beside a viewable trackside vista. Yet, my previous experience has been that true trackside motels are also true roach dumps, while the classier motels are too far away for good train viewing.

Is that place in Cheney any good? Anyplace in the Valley or Rathdrum areas?

I also thought about maybe trying Ritzville or even Sprague - any of those motels any good?
