Mike, It seems that the appeals court filed tonight a denial at 7:25pm according to their web site. With my limited legal background, it seems that they did not over turn the TRO and there will be a trial in Marin County.

I would be interesting to see if NCRA takes this to Federal Court as this seems to be a procedural issue revolving around money and contracts, not operation of the RR.
