There may be some interstate lumber, rock, north slope Alaskan oil (domestic), sugar, molasses, or other domestic commodities transported by barge or ship, that are loaded or unloaded in Oakland, and certainly in the greater Bay complex, as well as, any domestic container traffic to and from Alaska or Hawaii.
I am familiar with this kind of domestic traffic coming through the POLA/POLB complex, and even through Port Hueneme. But local folks like OPRRMS, or others, will likely know better, if that is the case at the POO, or at Richmond, or further up the Bay, and the specific recent locations of the terminals for those kind of things.
