Alhambra to Pasadena, built around the (early???) 1890's to offer competition to ATSF, including multiple daily passenger service from the Arcade station for several years.
It came off of the SP Alhambra main, up near the old Palm Avenue tracks, crossed Main and Huntington drive on private right of way through South Pasadena, up to Glen Arm in Pasadena, and onto the center of Arroyo Parkway (then Broadway) up to Colorado, where a joint SP-PE station was location for many years. I remember trains on Arroyo at least until the late 50's, or possibly even up to the early 60's(?). The Whole Foods building on Arroyo Parkway, was actually once the former PE Bus facility in Pasadena, and a double track line crossed the ATSF there, from over on Raymond, and turned up Arroyo Parkway, in shared PE-SP tracks to the Station on double tracks, from that point on.
There are still several buildings located on Arroyo with actual RR loading doors on the buildings where there were sidings, back in the days when this was still an Orange packing and food processing center (hence the reefers you see behind the caboose).
