I just have a feeling that it's going to mirror the 21 miles being built in Hawaii. Every time you
turn around it needs more money, they haven't built anything yet under or near budget. As BOB2 says
HSR has stalled or killed a number of projects which really do meet the "bang for the buck" criteria and would have had far more immediate results.
