It's possible that's the big hold-up on the GGRM move.

If a trail only option, I still see the beach train and bio-fuel trains operating. The tracks in between would go and the SCBT&P would be isolated from the rail network. All this would make our friend have a super orgasm. I hope they keep the tracks in place.
