It seems highly unlikely that the RTC will cave. This is a strategic stall and once we've passed November we'll be back where we were and possibly closer to a rail transit commitment.
Colligan and others are anxious, they'd love to have forced a commitment before the election but it would be unreasonable to expect a body to reach such an unreasonable conclusion either way so soon. I'm not worried, I think we're fine and I hope that GGRM hangs in there.
