Salinas Capitol Corridor

Caltrain backed out of the Salinas deal a few years back, now the Capitol Corridor is going to start service with 2 round trips daily. Early morning departures from Salinas and late evening returns.

Some improvements need to be made, but IIRC service should start late next year.
