well let's see the train had just
departed the station, and by
all accounts was doing 15-20 mph,
so unless this crossing was in a
blind spot, and couldn't be seen,
at all, that means the engineer had a clear line of vision, and rather than slowing down or dumping the air,he decided to make a personal
choice, i don't know what the sop
is down there, but up here if a
vehicle is fowling the tracks, yupee's policy is to stop the train,
if possible, call the local cops,
have it tagged and towed, not so
down there? or just more biovating?
the real question is how he got on
the tracks in the first place, or
were you there?, amongst other places?
