Yes, as far as I know, all of these cab cars and engines do have forward facing cameras, with the possible exception of the BNSF engines that have been leased (does anyone know if they are equipped?). And, forward facing cameras have used them to bust folks for maiking false statements and claims about grade crossing accidents. Yes these engines all do have black boxes, which does register all of the brake applications. And, all of these things will be looked at, including interviewing the engineer and passengers for their version of events and actions, leading up to the impact.
These are often among the first things known by investigators after an accident like this. And, there is nothing anywhere about a report that the engineer intentionally, without applying braking, attempting to ram the poor innocent truck. There is not a single report or even speculation, in any credible news source. There is none, zero, nada, nothing, no such information or assertion, at all, anywhere.
Which is why this individual, is the only person claiming that he knows (through his secret mysterious powers (to be able to read engineer's minds, or by his special ability to "visualize" how this happened, without being there, almost like a fictional psychic TV show crime fighter...???) that the engineer intentionally rammed that poor innocent truck on purpose. Which is why this claim has appeared to be, from the very first posting, nothing but pure unadulterated bull$#it.
