EXTORTION

SMART is holding up (literally) NWP Co because it wants a slice of the
revenue pie that NWP is obtaining from parking rail cars in Schellville.

They have no right to the revenues. Revenue sharing between freight and SMART
was never contemplated in the lease agreement.

And why would SMART (Farhad really) be doing this?

duh: SMART's costs are running higher than and fare revenues are expected to be lower
than forecast.

The train to nowhere is in deep financial trouble...already and they haven't even
started passenger rail service.
