Whaaaa. Nobody expects every journalist to be an expert on everything but we do expect the media agencies to have access to experts in the field to guide journalists through esoteric topics. No sympathy for sloppy reporting. It's not necessarily the journalist's fault but it's still the responsibility of the news agency to provide the proper resources to get it right.
